complaints
At Pharmulous, we take complaints seriously and follow strict internal procedures to resolve them as satisfactorily and promptly as possible.

Any formal complaints need to be made in writing by emailing [email protected] providing details of the nature of the complaint. Please allow up to 5 working day for an initial response.
Returns
To protect the integrity of our medicines and the safety of our patients, once medicines have left our premises, they cannot be returned and refunded as they cannot be re-used for other patients.
You have the right to reasonably inspect your products as you would in a shop, but you cannot return items that you have used, unless you are returning them because they are damaged or faulty
If you have received a faulty product or if it becomes faulty then please contact us as soon as you realise it. You will be asked to return the product to the pharmacy using recorded/tracked delivery with a description of the fault. A case will be opened with the manufacturer and the faulty product will be sent to them for investigation. If confirmed faulty, the product will be replaced free of charge. Please note that this process can take between 3-6 weeks for completion. Any faulty products have to be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. After this time we will be unable to replace any faulty products. If the products are found to be in working order then they will either be disposed of or returned back to you. Please note we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement until the product has been confirmed faulty by the manufacturer and a replacement issued by them.
